Authentic Chicken Biryani
Very tasty Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. We tried the Kabab twice, it was very very good, too. They make food to your preferred spice level. My kind of *very* spicy is available (and it is authentic , not just added red chilli) and the “medium”s are good, too. That doesn’t matter to me; they pack the food fairly nicely.

I will go there again and again for their tasty food, now that I know what to expect in terms of order and pick up time.

Chilli Chicken was spicy and really tasty, but rather than chilies they used crushed red cherry peppers in vinegar. This tasted a bit odd at first, but then I found myself really enjoying this twist on Chilli Chicken.

Plain Dal Fry was very well prepared and full of flavor. I’m uploading a photo and you can clearly see the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and the chilli pepper — it tastes as wonderful as it looks.

The real reason to visit this takeout place is the promise of Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, and this looks like the real deal (see photo). It was good; All the same, far better than what passes for Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani at other Indian establishments, and well worth giving a try.

My band plays at the Bethel Road Pub next door on a regular basis; despite being close by, I’d never thought to eat here before. No dine-in option and I’d only ever seen people carrying out catering boxes, so I figured they weren’t a restaurant so much as a catering kitchen. Got curious this past Friday and stepped inside to check out the menu. It’s a simple affair, with maybe 9 entree options and a short list of naan/roti-based sides. Vegetarian options alongside fish, chicken, and goat (which I’d never tried before) — I elected to go with the Hyderabadi Goat and a side of fresh roti.

The flavors were great; the curry sauce and the goat marinade had a lip-tingling heat that was gentle but insistent, and the semi-sweet nature of the turmeric curry sauce matched it perfectly. The roti was a great add-on, too, providing a bit of smoky flavor. I actually ended up sharing a large portion of the dish with a friend or two that’d never tried goat before, and had at least another meal’s worth of rice for a side if I needed it.

Would definitely go back! I’m kicking myself for skipping this place so many times before — should have known from the sheer amount of Indian/SEA folks that frequent the place that it was worth the visit.

Their food is pretty good, particularly their biryani, chicken tandoori, and chilli-chicken

Love the briyani and parota here. Best place to have parota salna and no dine in only take away. complimentary tea and friendly staff have always amazed me. some of the veggie dished were oily but otherwise cost effective, good quality and quantity., Love their fried rice which is one of the best food in here. There is bar near by in case you wanted to chill out with friends and take a togo home.
